Kayaz e-Newsletter

The Kayaz Kollectiv was recently featured in Modern Luxury Magazine's December issue and have been asked to DJ more and more events in the DC area. With this newly found fame we really wanted to keep the fans informed so we developed this HTML email newsletter which features recent news, cd release information and even a free music download.

Zombie Fluxx by Looney Labs

When the Looney's came to us to design the packaging for one of their new Fluxx card games, we couldn't have been more excited. This ever-changing card game packaging features a new logo and updated packaging for the fluxx series of games as well as some great illustrations by artist Derek Ring. iPower

iPower is hosted by Alexander Randolph, a firm with extensive experience in submitting electronic enrollment and maintenance data. Their commitment is to provide their broker partners with the tools for their clients to manage all phases of benefits administration easily, electronically and through a single integrated database. The logo we designed for them represents the relationship between iPower, the broker and the client.

HFCS Postcards

Building maintenance and repair can be a nightmare for building owners and managers. Hassle Free Commercial Services takes care of all of their customer's building functions; from landscaping to cleaning, from roof to basement, from the inside to the outside, saving clients the burden of hiring contractors. The postcards focus on real situations that building managers face such as power outages, leaky pipes and heat loss. HFCS helps their clients by not only fixing problems when they occur, but by preventing them before they happen.

The website we developed for her is designed to visually provide the sense of serenity and balance that she helps her clients discover.

Monica Venegas offers several services to encourage the “Next! Moment©” mindset and Emotional Independence in our personal and professional lives. She is a sought after keynote speaker whose interactive style inspires and teaches. Our challenge was to create a website which captured Monica's enthusiasm for her work while creating a site that would be appealing to businesses and individuals alike. The results are fantastic and Monica is now even more successful than when she came to us.

Edgarstat Marketing Collateral

Dr. Silva asked us to create a marketing brochure for his transfer pricing consultancy. This business is highly abstract, so creating a visual concept that allows for simple understanding is difficult. In keeping with his tradition of using fine art to illustrate his materials, we commissioned an illustration from a local artist, Laura Flynn. The results were quite nice.

The Author
Tara Brach, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist as well as a Buddhist lay priest and popular teacher of mindfulness (vipassana) meditation. She is the founder of the Insight Meditation Community in Washington, D.C., and has conducted workshops at Spirit Rock Center, Omega Institute, the New York Open Center, and other retreat centers nationwide. She lives in Bethesda, Maryland, with her teenaged son.

KayaZ Music

Tim Kenney has been composing and producing music soundtracks for film, web and multimedia since 1998. Trading under the name KayaZ, this division of our company has recently enjoyed enough success to warrant the release of the first CD for the general public.
 
The first CD release party was held at EyeBar in DC and was a surprising success. Thanks to producers SvenskPromo and NuvoMusic for their support and encouragement.
 
Working under a secret identity has it’s rewards and challenges. Few of our consumers wanted to believe that electronica/dance/techno music was being composed by a mainstream marketing firm run by a middle aged guy in Bethesda--for years people thought KayaZ was a bald, earringed DJ in Santa Monica--but now the secret is out!

The Potomac Club is a nonprofit social and philanthropic organization of single professionals of distinction and accomplishment. The Club was founded in 1973 for the purpose of hosting exclusive upscale social events for its members and invited guests. We created this web invitation for their black tie Mardi Gras Ball.

Whysall Photography and Whysall Weddings

Steve Whysall is a successful commercial photographer who also is in demand as a wedding photographer. Since the target audiences for commercial and wedding photography are worlds apart, we decided to create two different websites for him with one portal. Besides, creating two sites was a great excuse to post more of his photos.

We are very proud to announce that Steve is the winner of the Silver Award in a recent international competition sponsored by the Artistic Guild of the Wedding Photojournalist Association. [AG]WPJA is comprised of outstanding wedding photographers, who are at the forefront of the wedding photography industry.
