Intercoastal Investment Trust

Intercoastal Investment Trust is a real estate developer in Baltimore who happens to be the oldest buyer of home for cash in this region. He needed to build awareness and increase the number sellers of homes to in turn increase his gross sales. We elected to target sellers as the best way to grow his business. Using multiple media we increased awareness across all targets and shortly after launch doubled his home purchases.
