Home maintenance and repair is a business fraught with frustration for homeowners — from contractors who never show up to overcharging. Fed up with the current state of affairs in this industry, Jim Vagonis started a unique business. Subscription based, they take care of all your home maintenance needs. Knowing we had to position this business far from his competitors we came up with a very humorous and warm direct mail campaign to local homeowners. We followed up with a PR campaign to further position Jim as an expert in home maintenance.
