Home maintenance and repair is a business fraught with frustration for homeowners from contractors who never show up to overcharging. Fed up with the current state of affairs in this industry, Jim Vagonis started a unique business. Subscription based, they take care of all your home maintenance needs. Knowing we had to position this business far from his competitors we came up with a very humorous and warm direct mail campaign to local homeowners. Flavor X had been highly successful in providing flavorings for children's medicines and had developed a range of flavorings for the veterinary market to make medicines palatable to animals. They wanted to market this flavoring kit via veterinary product representatives to vets worldwide. TKMP assessed that giving the vets a sample was key to success give them the opportunity to try the product before purchasing the kit. Through understanding of their core values and corporate "personality," TKMP developed a complete, strategic identity campaign that included initial pre-qualifying direct mail materials, corporate stationery, identity collateral and positioning.
