Employment
In 1995, the Charles Darwin Foundation Inc.(CDF) and the Galapagos National Park Service (GNPS) began the Isabela Project with the goal of restoring the island to as near a pristine condition as possible. This last year the Isabela project has seen many advances, most significantly the protection of endangered vegetation of the southern rim of Alcedo Volcano and continued monitoring of the flora and fauna, improvement in field work conditions, and major improvements in the financial support of the project thanks to loyal members like yourselves.

These unique 100% cotton shirts are available only to our members and supporters.

This year's design shows more and more verdant vegetation, and reflects our goals for Alcedo, teeming with native wildlife once again.

As one of the most complex and diverse archipelagos remaining in the world, Galapagos is a very small but extremely valuable jewel in the world's bio-diversity crown. This extraordinary oceanic island system is unique, beautiful, and of incalculable ecological significance.
